Gluten-Free Friday Holiday Edition
Get a head start on a gluten-free New Year's resolution. City Kitchen's host chef will prepare delicious and safe gluten-free foods for the holidays that the whole family will love from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., November 10.
The class will be exploring wheat alternatives for thickening, breading and baking applications. Throughout the class, participants will prepare exciting new recipes that use these alternatives, as well as some traditional recipes that are naturally gluten-free. Recipes will be provided and students will head into the holidays with new tips and tricks to stay deliciously gluten-free.
