Open House Demonstrates Alternative Pain Relief Technique




The simple human movement is holding an open house in Narberth at a private location on October 14 that includes a group unwinding and Self Myofascial Release treatment from 10:30 a.m. to noon. From 12pm to 4pm they will be offering free Myofascial Release treatments and self care instruction with Emily Smith, LMT, and Michael F Horne, DPT, .

 The open house is an opportunity to meet them and become familiar their services at the Narberth location for free. Pop-up at Chestnut Hill Healing Art Studio will be held on Sunday October 21st. for information, please see our ad.

MFR is an alternative medicine that treats and prevents chronic pain naturally. Self Myofascial Release teaches people how to treat themselves using foam rollers, balls and yoga props therapeutically. Emily Smith and Michael F. Horne have trained in Myofascial Release with John Barnes.
