Ebony Burnett presents Yoga & Hip Hop Fitness from 5 to 7 p.m., October 13, at Equilibrium Dance Academy. She says, “This half-yoga class, half-dance fitness class is guaranteed to get your heart rate pumping, burn calories and tone muscles all while listening to your favorite tunes. It’s a new, fun way to take care of your body without feeling like you’re actually working out.”
